Returns
   Good quality product can be returned within 14 days after delivery. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

If you’ve changed your mind (product without defect return):
  If you do need to return a product with no defects, it must be returned with all original packaging, accessories and unopened wrap. The cost of shipping is covered by Customer.

You have 14 days to return an item. Please ensure that any unwanted items are unused, and in their original packaging so we can make a full refund. We would ask you not to unfold the item until you are certain you will keep it. Getting items back neatly into their packaging is not the easiest task. Any feedback on why you’re sending it back will be very useful too. Please note that any delivery costs paid will not be reimbursed.

   Once we have received the goods, please allow 3 business days for us to process your refund and let you know.

 

Exchanges (if applicable):

  If you'd like to exchange any items, we ask you to contact us,place an order for the new items and return the unwanted items to us. We will give you a refund as soon as your unwanted items arrive back with us.

 

Product with defect return:

   Every measure is put in place to make sure that no items are faulty, going through a rigorous quality testing process at the factory. Please contact us as soon as you can, we can then organise an exchange or return for you. If the defect is caused by manufacturer or shipping damage, we will replace product with exactly the same, but good quality product. The cost of shipping is covered by Us.

Please note:

   For reasons of health, safety and hygiene, we are unable to refund or replace any of our goods which are intended to be used in contact with skin, such as all bedding items which have been returned in a used condition, including but not limited to, removed from their original packaging, stained, covered with human hair or animal hair, smell of perfume or any other odour, different box, or missing or damaged internal packaging.

   Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


   There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

1.   Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2.   Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.



Refunds (if applicable):

   Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

   If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through contact form or send us an e-mail to info@aporto.co.uk.



Shipping:

   To return your product, you should mail your product to: Countless Limited, 34 Hartley, Milton Keynes, MK14 5BQ, United Kingdom.

   You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for product without defect are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

   If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
